Title IX Compliance

Title IX is a federal law that prohibits discrimination based upon sex from entities that receive federal funding, such as school districts.  The law protects students, employees and those seeking to enroll or apply for employment.  The law applies to all aspects of school districts including work environment, educational programs, facilities and sports.
